Pack With Porter Rental Agreement

Welcome to Pack With Porter! We appreciate your business and strive to make your move as simple and stress-free as possible. By renting our reusable moving totes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rental Period

  • Each rental includes one (1) week unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional rental days are $10.00 per day.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Pack With Porter will deliver and pick up totes at the address provided during booking.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all totes are empty and easily accessible on the scheduled pickup date.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all totes while they are in their possession.

  • Totes should be used only for normal moving and storage purposes.

  • Do not paint, cut, drill, write on, or permanently modify the totes.

  • Totes are intended for household moving and storage only and may not be used for hazardous materials.

Lost or Damaged Totes

  • Lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged totes will incur a $35.00 replacement fee per tote.

  • Customers may also be responsible for replacement costs of dollies or other rented equipment if applicable.

Cleaning

  • Please return totes reasonably clean.

  • Excessively dirty totes may be subject to a cleaning fee.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges for extended rentals, missing totes, damages, or cleaning fees may be charged after the rental period.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability

Pack With Porter is not responsible for damage caused by improper loading, overloading, misuse of the totes, or failure to follow safe moving practices.
